Rena Esposito, MPA, LMT, CNHC, CMLDP is a former New York City finance professional turned integrative wellness practitioner. She is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, certified integrative nutritional health coach and studying to become a certified functional herbal therapist as well as a certified food as medicine practitioner (as well as Six Sigma green belt certified). As an integrative wellness practitioner, she works with the whole person from the outside in and the inside out. As the owner and operator of Whole Body Balancing, some of the modalities she excels in includes manual lymphatic drainage, therapeutic acupressure, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy and sports massage. She brings all of her training to each client-centered session and holds space for them. Rena worked in corporate finance for 20 years and decided she needed to help people have a vibrant quality of life, not just go through the motions because life is not a dress rehearsal. She has owned and operated her own practice, Whole Body Balancing, for 12 years.
As a Wisconsin farm girl with a strong work ethic and inspired by the true healing properties in our food, our relationships and our environment she supports people throughout all stages of life to educate them how the body heals itself given half the chance, to help them transform their health, mobilize their joints and calm the overactive brain utilizing a heart-centered approach backed by science and personal experience.
Rena and her husband moved from New Jersey to Green Bay in June 2021 to return to her roots and her large family.
Kristina (Tina) Frank, MS, CNS, APNP, has been a nurse 36 years. She has been a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, advanced practice nurse prescriber and licensed therapist for the past 27 years. She was in private practice in Eau Claire for 20 years and returned to her roots four years ago. She worked in a dual role prescribing medication and providing therapy to her clients. She is also certified in positive psychology, mental health integrative medicine and is currently pursuing her certification in “food as medicine”. Tina also started The Health and Wellness Committee at her local church.
Tina retired from her role as a therapist and prescriber this past January, 2023; however, she still maintains her role as a nurse, educator, consultant and life coach. Tina has a passion for educating anyone who wants to learn about their bodies’ defense mechanisms and how we can eat certain foods to prevent and heal many diseases. Tina values God, her very large extended family, her husband, two adult children and her dogs.
Julie Aderhold is a Professional Organizer and Owner of both Healthy Home Organizing and Gluten Free Navigator LLC. She is a member of Pro Organizer Studios and has been coached and mentored by one of less than 78 people globally who have achieved Master Certified status as a KonMari® Method Organizer. Julie continually improves her knowledge not only through this international professional organization, but through regular study of the history of and various methodologies used in the organizing industry, as well as the specific needs of clients (busy lifestyles, decision fatigue, neurodivergence, mental health, trauma, etc.) Julie was trained by the Gluten Intolerance Group as a Gluten Free Food Service Consultant, trained as a Celiac Disease Foundation State Advocacy Ambassador and has attended numerous CME courses, symposiums and medical programs as a patient. She holds a B.B.A. degree.
Julie’s professional and volunteer leadership career has spanned 32 years and includes experience in the corporate world as well as her most recent former position as the Executive Director of a Green Bay non-profit organization serving families experiencing homelessness. Julie has had an interest in organizing for many years. That, along with her celiac disease diagnosis in January 2020, brought her to starting her two businesses in January 2022. When our homes feel overwhelmed, cluttered and out-of-control, our cortisol levels rise which elevates our stress. By lowering our density of household objects, organizing, and putting systems (habits) in place to create a more functional space WE ARE PRACTICING SELF-CARE. All her experiences and the desire to meet the needs of people around her bring compassion to her work of helping clients create a healthy home environment through downsizing/decluttering and organizing. She has a passion for meeting the specific needs of her clients through individually customized solutions that work for them, utilizing multiple methodologies.
Nothing lights Julie up like creating a solution that changes someone’s life! She feels truly blessed by the personal connections and friends she has been privileged to make and often asks herself, “how am I so lucky to get to do this?” Julie and her husband have been married for 31 years and value having been able to raise their two adult children in Green Bay. When not working, you can find Julie running, biking, hiking, cooking, reading and walking her dog with her husband, children, future son-in-law and friends.
