What If I Have No Serious Health Issues,
will I Still Benefit From Your Programs?
Yes! Health Coaches often work with clients who are generally healthy. They too can benefit from health coaching as they may not practice the nutrition and lifestyle habits that ensure long-term health and vitality. Everyone starts the program by filling out a Health History form so we can pinpoint any areas, obvious or not, where better health & lifestyle choices can be made.
What Is A Health Coach?
A Health Coach is a professional guide & mentor who empowers individuals to take responsibility for their health and supports them in making sustainable lifestyle choices. Health Coaches do not prescribe one diet or one way of living. Rather, they help people develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for their bodies to achieve their wellness goals. Some common areas where a Health Coach can assist include weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, digestion, stress, and time management.
A health coach helps you sort through the overwhelming amount of confusing information available to find what impacts your lifestyle most and align your goals with your daily activities.
Do Therapeutic Massage, Acupressure, and Health Coaches work?
Your entire body needs attention - physical and mental. Therapeutic bodywork helps address the physical body; health coaching helps address physical and emotional imbalances.
Don't you want personal attention to help you be your best?
