COVID RELATED INFORMATION

Helpful Information

WHAT WILL IT BE LIKE WHEN WE REOPEN?

Client Participation is mandated by the state.

  • All appointments will be scheduled  so no one is idle in the waiting area.  I will call you when I am ready for your arrival for your appointment.

  • I will call 24 Hours ahead to check on your health.

  • Everyone entering the facility MUST wear face coverings.

  • Upon arrival everyone's temperature will be taken and documented.

  • Social distancing should be observed by staying six feet apart when in reception, restroom or in any common areas.

  • No extra guests of clients will be allowed, except parents of minors

  • Hand sanitation is a must upon arrival - either using soap and water for 20 seconds or hand sanitizer.

FORMS AND PAYMENT

  • You must sign a health waiver prior to arrival.

  • New intake forms need to be filled out

  • It is encouraged that payment be made electronically

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO PREPARE FOR REOPENING?

  • All non-porous surfaces and furniture have been cleaned. This includes floors, baseboards, walls, windows, cabinets, desk, etc.

  • Soft surfaces have been wiped down (chairs, tables) with antibacterial cleaner.

  • All pillows, blankets and items that can not be easily disinfected have been removed.

  • Cleaned and disinfected all non-porous items (such as telephones, keyboards, pens, doorknobs).

  • All shelves and display areas were cleaned and disinfected.

  • Cleaned and disinfected all product containers.

  • Cleaned and disinfected all individual areas including surfaces where tools are stored during a service.

  • Cleaned and disinfected all non-electrical tools that will be used in a service, even if it was done prior to closing.

  • Cleaned all equipment with the use of EPA-registered disinfectant.

  • Cleaned and disinfected restroom. This includes: sinks, toilets, door knobs, paper towel holders, soap dispensers, and garbage receptacle.

  • Disposed of all waste.

DAILY DISINFECTING

  • All surfaces clients are in touch with will be disinfected after each client

  • All door and railing handles will be disinfected morning and evening

  • Treatment room will be thoroughly disinfected after each client

  • Reception area will be disinfected morning and evening
